Who we are
OneTime is made by JC Goodworks, a sole proprietorship based in the United States ("we", "us"). Contact: support@jcgoodworks.com.
Your data stays on your iPhone
Everything you enter is saved in the app's storage on your iPhone. The app makes no network connections, so nothing is uploaded to us. We have no server to upload it to. Your iPhone's own backup (iCloud or a computer) may include it, under Apple's terms and your settings. Deleting the app removes its data from your iPhone.
iPhone Contacts
When you choose Import from Contacts, iOS shows its own contact picker. OneTime receives only the person you pick: name, job title, company, email addresses and phone numbers. It does not read the rest of your address book and never writes to it.
Reminders
Reminders are local notifications that your iPhone schedules itself. iOS asks for permission the first time you turn one on. No push service is involved.
Backup files
When you export, OneTime creates a JSON file containing all your OneTime data and hands it to the iOS share sheet. You choose where it goes. The file isn't encrypted, so keep it somewhere you trust. Once it leaves the app, the service you send it to has its own terms.
Purchases
You buy OneTime through the App Store. Apple handles payment, and we never receive your payment details. Apple gives developers sales reports. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple also gives us crash reports and usage totals. These don't include anything you enter in the app.
Ads, analytics and tracking
OneTime has no advertising, no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising identifiers and no tracking across other apps or websites. We don't sell or share personal information.
People in your CRM
You decide what you record about your customers and contacts, and you are responsible for handling it lawfully. We have no access to it.
Children
OneTime is a business tool and is not directed to children. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
If you email us
If you contact support, we use your email address and message only to answer you. We delete support emails on request, and otherwise keep them for up to 2 years. Please don't send us your backup file unless we ask for it.
Changes
If we add a feature that changes what is described here, we will update this policy first and post it here with a new effective date.
