CRM for iPhone · One-time purchase

A CRM you actually own.

Buy it once. Own it forever. Your customer list lives on your iPhone, not on a server. We don't have one.

Ownership

Where is your data right now?

Theirs

A server you can't see

Most cloud CRMs keep your customer list on their systems. Stop paying and your access can stop too.

Theirs, with an export button

A CSV on their terms

You get the format they offer, the fields they include and the limits of your plan.

Yours

On your iPhone

OneTime stores everything on your device. Export the whole thing as a JSON file any time, with nobody's permission.

What it does

Everything a small book of business needs.

Companies and contacts

Keep each company linked to its people and deals. Search any list, then tap through from a company to its contacts to their history.

Activity timeline

Log a call, email, meeting, note or task in two taps. Each contact keeps a running timeline.

Deals and pipeline

Give each deal a value, a stage and a probability. See them as a list or on a board, stage by stage.

Dashboard

Open pipeline, weighted pipeline, open deals, overdue tasks and recent activity, all on one screen.

Reminders

Set a reminder on any activity. Your iPhone notifies you on time, with no server involved.

iPhone Contacts import

Pick a person from your Contacts. OneTime fills in their details and only ever sees the person you picked.

The "No" list

What you don't get.

Our App Store privacy answer is "Data Not Collected." That's not a policy. It's the architecture.

  • No account.
  • No login.
  • No server.
  • No subscription.
  • No ads.
  • No analytics.
  • No upsell.
  • No "Pro tier."
  • No internet required.

Who it's for

Built for 20 to 500 contacts, not 20,000.

Realtors

Track buyers, sellers and every follow-up between showings.

Contractors and trades

Small shops with a few dozen customers and no CRM at all.

Consultants

Keep clients, proposals and next steps in one place.

Independent reps

Your book of business stays yours, wherever you sell next.

Backup and leave

Your whole CRM is one file.

Open it in anything. Take it anywhere. We couldn't stop you if we wanted to.

Export from Settings through the iPhone share sheet, then save it wherever you like. Restore it on a new iPhone with your companies, contacts, deals and activities still linked.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Why not free?

Because free apps get paid for some other way, usually with your data or your attention. You pay once, and that's the whole business model.

Why is it called OneTime?

Because that's how often you pay. $9.99, one time, and after that it's yours.

Will there ever be a subscription?

Not for what you bought. The app you pay for stays yours.

Does it sync?

Not in version 1.0. OneTime keeps your data on one device. To move it, export a backup file and import it on the other device.

Is my data backed up?

Export a backup file whenever you like and keep it wherever you want. Your iPhone's own backup (iCloud or a computer) may also include OneTime, under Apple's terms and your settings. We never see any of it, which also means we can't recover it for you.

Can I bring my data from another CRM?

Not directly. You can add people one at a time from iPhone Contacts or enter them by hand. OneTime imports its own backup files only.

Does it need the internet?

No. The app makes no network connections at all.

Does it work on iPad or Android?

OneTime is built for iPhone on iOS 17 or later. It runs on iPad using the iPhone layout. There is no Android version.

What happens if I delete the app?

Its data is deleted from your iPhone. Keep an exported backup if you might want it back.

Made in Concord, NC.
