These terms apply to the SuperChief game ("the game") made by JC Goodworks ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game, you agree to them.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game, or cheat in a way that changes it, except where the law allows it.
Content
The game, its art, sounds and text belong to us or our licensors. All teams, drivers, cars, sponsors and tracks in the game are fictional. SuperChief is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any racing series, sanctioning body, team or driver.
Purchases
Any purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and that store's payment and refund terms apply. Virtual items have no cash value.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost game progress, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Apple devices
If you got the game from the App Store, these terms are between you and JC Goodworks only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, has no duty to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, unless the consumer law where you live gives you other rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Questions: support@jcgoodworks.com.
