These terms cover the JC Goodworks mobile app ("the app") made by JC Goodworks ("we", "us"). The app is a way to use your JC Goodworks website service, which is governed by your JC Goodworks customer agreement. If these terms and your customer agreement conflict, the customer agreement wins.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, to manage websites your JC Goodworks account has access to. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
Your account and content
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us the rights we need to store, process and publish it on your website.
- Only upload content you have the right to use, including photos, logos and sponsor marks.
- Review AI-drafted copy before you approve it. You are responsible for what you publish.
Subscriptions
Your website subscription is bought and managed on jcgoodworks.com, under your customer agreement. The app has no purchases. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Service levels for your website are in your customer agreement.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for the app is limited as set out in your customer agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Apple devices
If you got the app from the App Store, these terms are between you and JC Goodworks only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no duty to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, unless the consumer law where you live gives you other rights.
Changes and contact
